Robert Palermo, LD, CDT (Bob) comes to Kennebunk, Maine with extensive education and countless experiences under his belt. Along with being trained in the US Air force as a Dental Technician, he has taken many accredited courses related to Dental Technology and received his certification in 1972.

Over a span of more than forty years, Bob advanced in experience by working in hospitals, private clinics, and dental practices. During that time, he had teamed up with oral surgeons, plastic surgeons and prosthedontists in full dental restorations. He also has shared his wide-ranging wealth of knowledge in the dental prosthetic restoration field lecturing for a well known International Implant Company. Concurrent with all of this, Bob managed to be very successful as the owner and head technician of a highly recognized dental laboratory. He now applies this gained skill and expertise to all challenges faced in his denturist practice.

Bob always had the yearning to use his extraordinary abilities to help people solve their denture restoration problems autonomously. Opportunities arose to realize this desire when the State of Maine regulated the denturist profession.

Because of Bob’s extensive background, he was among the first in the state of 35 candidates qualified to attend the International Denturist Education Program at George Brown College of Toronto, Ontario. Upon completion, he passed the state board for licensure in Maine. Maine now is the only state east of the Mississippi with this innovative profession.

Bob has been a practicing, licensed denturist since 1997 and has owned and operated Denture Solutions since 2000. He continues to keep up with changing technology and techniques by attending seminars and conventions every year and as often as possible.
